About Raven

This blog is focused on the perspective of leadership and organization. Because there are so many small business types, it is impossible to focus on all of them however RHBC will focus on the one important issue that everyone wants, customers. Raven is currently obtaining her Doctorate of Business Administration in Management and intends to teach small business owners how to enhance, build, and develop the skills needed for success in today’s market. She also has a degree in Management Information Systems with a minor in Networking being put to use on a sister blog which discusses issues of technology, software, and computer applications.
